Volume III of this handbook proposed the establishment of a dedicated sustainability segment on the Uganda Securities Exchange as a pathway to climate finance market development, in view of the critical role that exchanges play in climate finance market development.

The Volume also proposed model listing rules to guide the establishment of a dedicated sustainability segment on the Uganda Securities Exchange (USE).

Volume IV covers the tax landscape on climate finance in Uganda – with a focus on the existent exemptions and areas for possible incentives to spur market development. By all means, the matters canvased in this volume are not exhaustive and only directory.
